My venture into sleep coaching began with the arrival of my second child, Ollie. We navigated through it all - numerous nightly wake-ups (I've counted up to 10+!), fragmented sleep, early risings, you name it! It was during this time that my fascination with comprehending "typical" sleep patterns truly blossomed.
This pursuit led me to delve deeply into research, where I discovered the @holisticsleepcoachingprogram. I was resolute in finding an empathetic, non-"cry it out" approach to assist weary parents. And you know what? Ollie, my little champion, has now evolved into an exceptional sleeper (at least, for the time being!)
